Research on the formation mechanism of surface morphology in three-excitation ultrasonic spatial vibration-assisted turning

چکیده
To improve the machining performance of different processing materials, a three-excitation ultrasonic spatial vibration-assisted turning system is proposed, which realizes non-unity plane where cutting trajectory tool located. The influence and formation law on surface roughness workpiece under vibration parameters (amplitude) (cutting speed, depth, feed) were analyzed by response methodology. results show that in terms parameters, applied horizontal direction significantly greater than vertical direction, while feed has greatest roughness, followed speed. common turning, one-dimensional elliptical was theoretically experimentally compared. compared with other three methods, can obtain lower have good machinability.
